Aug. 15th, 2009 10:33 amHere we are again in my folks house in Vegas. Today we are suppose to spread her ashes. My brothers wife answered his cell. He is asleep and she would not wake him. Yep dysfunction central per usual here.
Dad is coping as well as he can. He wants to pay off the bills and I want that as well. I'm not happy being the executor but my mom wanted this.

Aug. 11th, 2009 01:50 amWent to the Flying Geese Quilters Guild and the speaker had brought her mother with in the audience. I felt great pangs as she stood up so proud. The fresh death of my mother leaves me feeling so exposed to comparisons.
I have entered the quilt for the show in November, now all it has to do is win.
